Onur Girit: Shadow of a Doubt

It's as if following someone or being followed. Tracking, questioning, listening to sighs and whispers, trying to grasp, to get hold of. Watching closely and watching from afar. Capturing moods, expressions and details. Trying to sense, to settle down. To distinguish between lights and shadows. It's as if wandering around in circles trying to figure out what's going on. And ending up somewhat unsettled, deeper in the vortex of relationship.

About the project
This town is a little place.
The light blinds my eyes.
Can't see no one.
I follow some others.
Are we walking together?
The night is coming. No sound.
Is there anyone behind me?

"Shadow of a doubt" is a wandering between life and death that centers around interpersonal relations which has been shot during a two weeks residency at Studio Vortex by Antoine D'Agata, in Arles, France, in 2018.
