Andreas Schöning: Rooms | Portfolio

In meinen Arbeiten verändere ich Räume, Gegenstände und Formen, durch die Auswahl des Ausschnittes und der Perspektive so sehr, dass der Betrachter angeregt wird sich auf die Suche zu begeben, um das Bild zu entschlüsseln. Ich möchte Assoziationen wecken und zeigen, dass der Ausschnitt und der Blickwinkel auf die Dinge, die Wahrnehmung verändern kann. (“Rooms” works from 2009-2010, ist in printform bei blurb und als e-book, von Andreas Magdanz, im Label MagBooks, realisiert worden.)

In my work I change spaces, articles and forms by the selection of the window and the perspective so much, that the viewer has to search to decode the picture. I would like to wake associations and indicate that the window and the view to the things can change the perception.
