Zine Workshop
26 - 30 October at 4PLUS. It happen unexpectedly that we were able to offer a Zine Making Workshop at 4PLUS, with the very kind support of Goethe Zentrum Yerevan. We are happy to meet 8 photographers and create something together. We will share the results here in a bit.

Calin makes a Zine
01 November, 5 pm, Mirzoyan Library.
On the way back to Leipzig, after four weeks of researching into Armenian photography, you have last chance to see the books by dienacht Publishing. And you can see live how dienacht founder Calin Kruse is making a zine at the Library, out of photos he took in Yerevan by night.

We received this amazing handmade zine, greatly designed by Nvard Yerkanian with photography by Ruben Mangasaryan: City in the Dark, published by 4PLUS.

The photos were made during the process of Armenian independence:
"It was all gone very quickly. The lights, the heating, the jobs, the petrol, the food, the peace, the hope, the USSR." – With a text by curator and art historian Vigen Galstyan

To be continued.

This event is part of Goethe Institute Grant for Curatorial Research granted to Calin Kruse and Yana Kruse. Also, dienacht events in Armenia were made possible thanks to
Anna Gargarian / HAYP IN SITU.
